Spelling Tip of the Week: FOUR TIMES! Have children write each of their spelling words 4 times: once in pencil, once in crayon, once in marker (or colored pencil) and once in cursive!
Memory Have children spell and write 2 sets of words onto flashcards and then play a Memory Game with them.
Partner Spell! Take turns adding a letter to spell each word. For example, for the word FUN - the child starts by saying the letter F, parents add the letter U and the child completes the word by adding the letter N.
